Leesburg Acres, Inc. was our very first site we produced back in March of 2006. We started this site due to the fact that the internet advertisement was becoming a factor this company was lacking in the progressive market. They placed ads in the papers, but aside from the phone calls, there was no way for this company to have their future tenants know anything about them. Leesburg Acres, Inc. decided it was time for a www site dedicated to them and their rentals.

The new format (click picture above) is their new site.  Leesburg Acres, Inc. actually purchased the template from a company and tailored it to their needs. This saved our first client lots of time and our man hours. Now they still place ads in the paper, but now they also place “Contact us via www.Leesburgacres.com” in the ad.  Only now, future tenants know exactly what the company is about, pictures, room dimensions, and much more from this one single web site.  It has paid for itself in one year with the minimization of man hours on the phone, and also the amount showings of rentals that were not suited for the prospective tenant needs. Therefore, the quantity of calls has diminished, but the quality has increased tremendously.

This is one of those sites that needs to be updated and maintained constantly.  The client gives us their data in the form of pictures and text and we apply it to their site.  Their core site stays static, but the body is changing constantly.  Well, with 9 rentals and new updates in prices all the time, this is expected.
